“Called into Pontypridd Specsavers without an appointment to get advice on an eye infection. Despite being fully booked staff still managed to squeeze me, run some tests and prescribe suitable eye ointment to hopefully cure my problem. All the staff I met were very helpful from the person I initially met on entering the shop to the technician and optician. Would highly recommend”

“Amazing, Joanna saw a detachment which I thought was just a dodgy contact lens !! Cannot fault the care I received, explained everything in detail and what she had found.
She was very calm and put me at ease throughout the urgent need for care etc
She rang the hospital and had to go straight away. I had surgery on Monday and now for the recovery. It was a pleasure to meet Joanna and had this not be picked up it could well of been disastrous. Well done Joanna and thank you SPECSAVERS. Xx”
